SoluVita® Vitamins A, C, D Drops with Fluoride is a dietary supplement of three essential vitamins and fluoride to be used only under the supervision of a medical professional for patients living in areas where the drinking water fluoride level does not exceed 0.6 ppm.

See the guidelines for supplementation from the American Dental Association (ADA) and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) under the Dosage and Administration section.

SoluVita® Vitamins A, C, D Drops with Fluoride should be used only under the supervision of a medical professional.

The ADA and AAP recommends that daily intake should not exceed these guidelines.

For Oral Use Only.

Do not use with dairy products.

Each bottle comes with an accompanying calibrated dropper.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental overdose, call a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use in areas where drinking water fluoride level exceeds 0.6 ppm. Do not administer to patients less than 6 months old.

Store at controlled room temperature 20-25°C (68-77°F). Excursions permitted 15-30°C (59-86°F). After opening, store away from direct light. Close tightly after each use.

Do not use if seal under cap is torn, broken or missing.
