    Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4%.

  • INDICATIONS & USAGE

    Pet MD Chlorhexidine 4% Shampoo is a cleansing shampoo for the management of skin conditions responsive to Chlorhexidine. The shampoo may be used on dogs, cats, and horses.

  • Inactive Ingredients:

    Water, Lauramine Oxide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Polyacrylate-1 Crosspolymer, Polysorbate 20, Disodium Oleamido MIPA-Sulfosuccinate, Glycolic Acid, Fragrance, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Yellow 6, Sodium Hydroxide.

  • Precautions:

    Wash hands after use. For animal use only. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Not for otic use.

  • Cautions:

    If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.

  • Storage:

    Store at controlled room temperature. Protect from freezing.

  • Directions for Use:

    Wet coat thoroughly with water. Apply and lather Chlorhexidine 4% Shampoo over the entire body allowing for 5 to 10 minutes of contact time. Rinse completely with water. Repeat if necessary or as directed by your veterinarian.
