  • DRUG FACTS

    Active Ingredients

    Piperazine Citrate 275 mg/teaspoon (5ml)

    (Equivalent to 100 mg Piperazine Base

  • Purpose

    Anthelmintic (Expels Worms)

  • Uses

    A liquid cat wormer for use in food or drinking water for the removal of roundworms (ascards) (Toxocara canis, Tococara cati, Toxocaris leonina)

  • Warnings

    For oral animal use only.

    Do not use

    • Piperazine is a drug with a wide margin of saftey, occasionally an animal may show nausea, vomiting, or muscular tremors.  Such side effects are usually associated with over-dosage; therefore, recommended dosage should be followed carefully. 
    • Animals with know kidnet pathology should be treated only by a veterianarian.

    Keep this and all other per products out of reach of children. 

  • Cautions

    Consult a veterinarian before using in severly debilitated animals. Do not worm animals more than twice yearly except as advised by a veterinarian.  This product is effective for those roundworms stages found in the intestine and does not remove migrating larval stages. Animals should be checked periodically by a veterinarian for the presence of other intestinal parasites. 

  • Directions

    • One teaspoon (5 ml) per 5 pounds of body weight
    • Apply directly into infested animals mouth or mix into food
    • Administer to cats 6 weeks or older
    • Repeat treatment in 10 days after first treatment
  • Other Information 

    Store at temperatures between 59 - 86 F

    Artifical Flavor, Caramel, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbitiol, Sucrose, Water (Aqua).
