  • NET CONTENTS:

    1 Gallon (128 fl oz) (3.785 L)

  • INDICATIONS:

    Chloradine® Scrub 4% is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms.

  • DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

    Wet area thoroughly with water. Use approximately 5 mL of Chloradine® Scrub 4% and add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

  • CAUTION:

    Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes and contact a physician. If swallowed, contact a physician and/or poison control center immediately.

  • ACTIVE INGREDIENT:

    4% Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

  • OTHER INGREDIENTS:

    Purified Water, Lauramine Oxide, Ethoxylated Alcohol, PEG-6 Cocamide, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citric Acid, Isopropyl Alcohol, Fragrance and Artificial Color.

  • STORAGE:

    Store at room temperature between 15° - 30°C (59° - 86°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
