Each caplet contains:

Vitamin D2 (as Ergocalciferol)…………………20 mcg (800 IU)

Vitamin K1 ……………………………………………………………120 mcg 

Other Ingredients:

Caprylic Capric Triglyceride, Citrus Flavor.

Dosage:

Usual Adult dose is four drops once daily, or as prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner. If you
are pregnant or nursing, ask a healthcare professional.

Directions:

Take orally or mix with beverage.

Warning:

KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATIONS OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
In case of accidental overdose, contact your healthcare provider or a poison control center
immediately.

practitioner.

Do not use if bottle seal is broken
Store at controlled room temperature 20º to 25ºC (68º to 77ºF). [See USP]. Protect from light and
moisture and avoid excessive heat.

How Supplied:

Vitamin D2 + K1 Drops™ is a light yellow liquid, available in a 60 mL (2 fl. oz.) bottle with a
