1. Open the product and wear the “Foot Pack”. 2. After wearing the “Foot Pack”, wear the vinyl gloves. 3. To fully absorb the essence, evenly massage feet. 4. 30 minutes later, remove the “Foot Pack” and then pat the skin to absorb the left essence. 5.
