Directions: FOR ORAL USE.
Take the contents of one ampule under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.
Active Ingredients: Bryonia e rad. (White
bryony) 3X, Gelsemium e rad. (Yellow jasmine) 3X, Vivianite (Nat. ferrous phosphate) 7X
Inactive Ingredients: Water, Salt, Lactose
