INDICATIONS AND USAGE:
MEDI TAB is an orally administered dietary supplement specifically formulated for the dietary management of patients with unique nutritional needs where advanced folate supplementation is required. *
MEDI TAB can be taken as therapeutic nutritional supplementation in physiologically stressful conditions for maintenance of good health. It also may help healthy metabolism of glucose and carbohydrates. *
PREGNANCY AND BREAST FEEDING:
MEDI TAB is not intended for use as a prenatal/postnatal multivitamin for lactating and non-lactating mothers. This product contains Vitamin B in reduced form. Talk with your medical practitioner before using if pregnant or lactating.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Usual adult dose is one tablet once a day or as recommended by licensed medical practitioner. MEDI TAB is supplied as 30 tablets dispensed in white color bottle. This product is not intended for use in children under the age of twelve.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Stored at controlled room temperature 20 C to 25 C. Protect from light and moisture. Do not use if the seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTION:
This product is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Call your medical practitioner about side effects.
