Menthol 4.00%

Indications:

For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with:

• arthritis • simple backache • sprains • bruises  • strains

Warnings:

• For external use only.

• Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.

• If symptoms persist for more than seven days, discontinue use and consult physician.

Directions:

• Adults and children 12 years of age or older: Apply to affected area not more than three to four times daily.

• Massage into affected area until fully absorbed.

• Children under 12 years of age: consult a physician.

Additional Information:

• Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal has been broken.
