Store at controlled room temperature between

59°-86°F (15°-30°C). 

Keep container tightly closed when not in use.

Cautions

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous

membranes.  This product is not to be

used in ears.  If contact is made, flush

immediately and thoroughly with clean water. 

Wash hands after use.

Merrick's Blue Ribbon 2% chlorhexidine solution

is a broad spectrum antimicrobial activity,

fungicide, bactericide, and antiseptic disinfectant

providing fast acting activity against a wide range 

of microorganisms.  For external use on animals

for application to superficial cuts, abrasions or

insect stings.

Directions for use

Rinse skin area to be treated with Chlorhexidine 

Solution.  Wipe away excess and pat dry with a 

sterile gauze or sponge.

Dilution

1 oz (2 tablespoons) of Chlorhexidine Solution

per gallon of clean water.
