  • DESCRIPTION

    Davis Sulfur & Tar Shampoo is a synergistic combonation of Sulfur, Coal Tar, Salicylic Acid, Zinc Oxide, in a lathering shampoo base.  It is formulated with an advanced suspension technology, the active ingredients work better to help fight itching, irritation, and skin flaking caused by dandruff, seborrheic dermititis and flea bites.  Davis Sulfur & Tar provides excellent degreasing action while leaving the coat soft and lustrous.

  • PRECAUTIONS

    Precautions:  Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediatly with water.  Avoid prolonged contact with rectam and genital areas.  DO not use on cats. Do not use on nursing bitches or puppies under 8 weeks old.

  • ACTIVE INGREDIENT

    Active Ingredients: Sulfur 2%, Coal Tar Solution 1%, Zinc Oxide 0.22%, Salicylic Acid 0.22%

  • INACTIVE INGREDIENT

    Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Acrylic Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betanie, Aloe Vera, Menthol Crystals, Methylchloroisothiazolinone (and) Methylisothiazolinone, FD&C Red 30, Chocolate Dye

  • DIRECTIONS FOR USE

    Shake well before each use.  Wet coat thoroughly with warm water.  Apply shampoo to head and ears, then lather.  Do not get shampoo into eyes.  Repeat procedure with neck, chest, middle and hindquarter, finishing with legs.  Allow shampoo to be absorbed for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse thoroughly.  Repeat as necessary, or as directed by a vereninarian.

  • GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

    Some pets may be intolerant to full strength use.  In such cases, dilute shampoo in half with water.  If condition does not improve, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
