Active Ingredients (in each chewable)

Pyrantel Pamoate (30 mg) and Praziquantel (30 mg)

For the treatment and control of

• Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis)
• Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina)
• Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, and Uncinaria stenocephala)

Recommended De-worming schedule:

Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment, and control of parasitism. De-worming schedules may vary depending upon the climate where you live and the activity of your dog.

Directions for use:

For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in puppies and small dogs, weighing 6 to 25lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal. 

Note: For large dogs weighing more than 25lbs., use D-Worm Combo Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer Tablet for Large Dogs. D-Worm Combo chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age or older.

Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container with or without food. Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.

PRECAUTION: The safety of D-Worm Combo in breeding dogs and pregnant bitches has not been determined. In case of ingestion by humans, contact a physician immediately. Physicians may contact a Poison Control Center for advice concerning cases of ingestion by humans.
