When using this product,

symptoms last more than two weeks

Directions
- •
- shake well before using
- •
- do not take more than 8 tablespoons in 24 hours
- •
- do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks
- •
- dosage: 1-2 tablespoons after meals and at bedtime followed by milk or water
