Directions: Shake well before using (approx 10 times). Massage onto scalp and leave on for at least 12 hours. Use once a day for every other day. Can be applied at night and washed in the morning or applied after washing hair with Vida Shampoo and towel dried. For better results use for 8 to 16 weeks in combination with Vida Shampoo and Vida Healthy Hair Oral Spray.
