Use Directions

  • Teat Spraying

Use as-is; do NOT dilute. Immediately after milking, spray entire teat with product, and allow to air dry—do NOT wipe. Always use fresh, undiluted product. Do NOT let cows out in freezing weather until completely dry. Just prior to next milking, wash entire udder and teats thoroughly with Gil Udder Wash to avoid contaminating milk.

  • Dipping

Always use fresh, undiluted product. If product in teat-dipping cup becomes visibly dirty, discard contents and refill with fresh product. Do NOT reuse or return used product to original container.

PRE-MILKING: To avoid contaminating milk, wash heavily soiled udders and teats with Gil Udder Wash.
Fill teat cup with undiluted product. Before each cow is milked, dip the teats as far as possible into teat cup. Wipe teats dry using a single-service towel to avoid contaminating milk.

POST-MILKING: Immediately after milking, submerge entire teat in undiluted product. Allow to air dry—do NOT wipe. Do NOT let cows out in freezing weather until completely dry.
Always use fresh, undiluted product. If product in teat-dipping cup becomes visibly dirty, discard contents and refill with fresh product. Do NOT reuse or return used product to original container.
