If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult a physician. Sleeplessness may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness.

Notice for diabetics:

1 teaspoon = 0.12 carbohydrate units.

1 tablespoon = 0.36 carbohydrate units.

Directions for use:

1 teaspoon to 2 tablespoon 3 times daily or as prescribed. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age except under the supervision of a physician.
