Purpose

Uses

for relief of occasional constipation
bowel movement is generally produced in 6 to 12 hours

Warnings

Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor.

Ask a doctor before using a laxative

if you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence on laxatives.

Discontinue use and consult your doctor

if you have rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative. These symptoms may indicate a serious condition.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding

seek the advice of a doctor before using this product.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use

if you are taking any other drug.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

In case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or a Poison Control Center immediately.

Directions

Preferably taken on an empty stomach. May be taken with juice to improve the taste.

adults and children 12 years of age or older:
1 to 4 tablespoons in a single daily dose

children 2 to under 12 years of age: 1 to 3
teaspoons in a single dose or as directed by a doctor

children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor

Storage: Keep tightly closed and away from excessive heat.
