Purpose

External Analgesic

Uses

For the temporary relief of minor

aches
pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.

Warnings

For external use only.

When using this product

avoid contact with eyes
do not apply to wounds or damaged skin
do not bandage tightly
do not apply to irritated skin or mucous membranes

Stop use and consult a doctor if

condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days
symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days

Keep out of reach of children.

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Directions

adults and children 2 years of age or older: apply to affected area no more than 3 or 4 times daily
children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor

Origins

The Arnica flower, native to Europe has a long history of use as a traditional remedy. Camphor, a versatile natural medicine for topical use, is derived from the bark of the Camphor Laurel tree and related species which are native to Southeast Asia. The Blue Gum Eucalyptus tree is originally from Austailia and the the stem distilled oil from the leaves has multiple benefits.
