Drug Facts

Active Ingredient................. Purpose
(in each tablet)

Acetaminophen 500mg.............Pain reliever/fever reducer

Use:

• temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to
• headache
• common cold
• toothache
• backache
• muscular aches
• menstrual cramps
• temporarily reduces fever

Warnings:

Liver warning This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take

• more than 8 tablets in 24 hours,
which is the maximum daily amount.

• with other drugs containing
acetaminophen.

• 3 or more alcoholic drinks everyday
while using this product.

Overdose warning Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage.
 In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Do not use

• with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or non-prescription)

Ask a doctor before use

• if you are not sure whether the product contains acetaminophen.
• if you have liver disease.
• if you are taking the blood thinning drug warfarin

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• new symptoms occur
• redness or swelling is present
• pain gets worse or lasts for more than 10 days
• fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days

Keep out of reach of children.

• children under 12 years of age: do not use this extra strength product. This will provide
more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.

If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a medical professional prior to use.

Other Information
• do not use if packet is torn, cut or opened
• store at controlled room temperature 15-30 degrees celcius (59-86 degrees fahrenheits)
• avoid excessive heat and humidity
• keep carton.They contain important information.

Directions
• adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
• do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
