Suggested Use: Adults take 2 tablets. Dissolve under tongue or
chew after extreme physical exercise or overwork of muscles. For mild stiffness
of muscles due to arthritis, repeat as necessary up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a health care
professional. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen consult a
health professional.
