Drug Facts

Active ingredient

Benzalkonium Chloride 0.12%

Purpose

Antibacterial

Use

• Helps kill germs
• Helps eliminate odors
• Controls the hazards of cross-contamination, minimizing the risk of infection
  

Warnings

For external use only.

• Avoid direct contact with eyes.
• Discontinue use if irritation or redness develops. If condition persists for more than 72 hours, consult a doctor.
• If swallowed, get medical help or consult a Poison Control Center right away.
  

Keep out of reach of children

Directions

Remove one cloth at a time to cleanse each of the body parts listed, then discard. For individual use only. No rinsing necessary.
Do not flush in toilet.

Heating Instructions:
For optimal patient comfort, ReadyBath can be warmed. If using a microwave, warm for 15 seconds and test washcloth. Continue to warm until desired temperature is achieved. ReadyBath can also be used at room temperature. Do not overheat.

Caution:
Gloves diminish sensitivity to heat. Closely monitor heat level with infants, unresponsive or skin sensitive individuals.
